During the summer of 2010, LANDECA designed and completed renovations to upgrade two residential bathrooms for Oak Bay homeowners. The use of distinct, yet complementary materials and finishes lends a sense of cohesiveness to the renovation works, reflecting the contemporary aesthetic of the residence. Custom millwork and natural materials feature in both spaces, which benefit from efficient interior space planning. LANDECA’s team designed, crafted and installed the custom wall mirrors to match the millwork of the cabinetry. These details serve to unite the spaces while adding unique touches that are signature to the design-build process.
